Roanoke Park:

Nestled in the heart of Roanoke is one of the finest parks in the area. Roanoke’s park is complete with two lighted baseball diamonds, multiple soccer fields, two new tennis courts, a new basketball court, a fully equipped playground, a pavilion, and plenty of parking for families to enjoy all the activities.

Many of Roanoke’s community events are centered around the park. Every 4th of July, the fireworks are launched from the park. Each September, the annual Fall Festival is held in the park. All summer, car shows, baseball and soccer tournaments, and many youth sports leagues use the park for their events. Sounds of cheering and laughter echo throughout the park each Saturday morning during the summertime.

The Fall Festival is held at the park. During the festival, the park hosts adult softball tournaments, a demolition derby, tractor pulls, an antique tractor show, children’s games, food vendors, a carnival, musical entertainment, and many opportunities for the community to celebrate with their friends and neighbors.
